Global Methane Hub

A Year in Partnership with Global Methane Hub!

In 2024, we began our collaboration with the first coordinated philanthropic approach to methane mitigation: The Global Methane Hub. As they support the long-term transformation of challenging sectors for climate action, we were thrilled to join the organisation to support them in building their team around the world.

After recruiting four roles in January 2024, including a Grants Manager, People and Operations Associate, Office Administrator and an Executive Assistant to the CEO, we have forged a close partnership with the GMH team and have gone on to lead the searches for further roles.

Back in May, our consultants, Shoshana Grammer and McAra Kirby-Fahey, led the searches for two roles focusing on energy: Program Officer, Energy and Deputy Program Director, Energy. We are pleased to announce that Olivia Azadegan and Anobha Gurung took on the two roles, respectively!

In the Summer, McAra joined forces with GMH again to lead the recruitment of a new Development Operations Manager. The role has now been taken on by Alondra van Vilsteren who joined the team earlier this year.

Additionally, over the last 2 months, Senior International Consultant Ruth Gardner has been leading the search for a Senior Administrative Associate and we have just confirmed that Maraki Russell will be joining the team in the position.

As we welcome the new year, we are continuing to work with Global Methane Hub and begin January on the search for a new Regional Associate Asia for the team!

Our partnership with the Global Methane Hub has been incredibly productive and we are so pleased to have collaborated with them so closely in 2024, and we very much look forward to continuing our relationship in 2025.
