Many of his projects include a comprehensive audit of the online presence and an assessment of internal digital maturity before (re)defining processes, up-skilling staff, coaching managers and senior staff. He leads campaigns and pilot projects, helping staff optimise ROI.
Over last 9 years as a consultant, he has worked with over 100 NPOs worldwide including World Food Programme, Handicap International, International Federation of the Red Cross, Alzheimer’s Society, Tearfund, Mind, Age UK among others.
His recent projects include technology signposting and procurement of a global online donation platform, creating and implementing users journeys with an online marketing automation tool, training local staff in essential digital marketing skills.
