Using our extensive experience in the non-profit sector across recruitment, consulting, and training, we have developed a unique and specialised third sector career development programme that offers a number of services designed to help you achieve your career goals.

From helping you spruce up your CV and/or LinkedIn to perfecting your interview technique, we are here to help with bespoke one-to-one support from our dedicated consultants. Additionally, we can support individuals who would like to make the crossover into the non-profit sector.

What do we do?

CV Coaching

• A 20 minute initial briefing call to discuss your current role, the types of roles you are seeking to apply for, and more about you as a person to make sure we highlight your strengths and skills and capture you authentically.
• We will do a first draft review of your CV with edits, questions and comments for you to consider.
• Then over to you for some homework to work through revisions.
• We work on a final version incorporating your input to create a final, proofed version of your CV.

CV and LinkedIn

• A 20 minute initial briefing call to discuss your current role, the types of roles you are seeking to apply for and more about you as a person to make sure we highlight your strengths and skills and capture you authentically.
• We will do a first draft review of your CV with edits, questions and comments for you to consider.
• Then over to you for some homework to work through revisions.
• We work on a final version incorporating your input to create a final, proofed version of your CV.
• Then we move onto LinkedIn to work on a profile summary, add the newly revamped experience from your CV, and share some tips and secrets on how to best maximise your profile.

Interview Coaching

• An initial briefing call to discuss the discuss the challenges and areas you would like to work on in preparation for your interview.
• We will devise questions for your mock interview.
• A 30–45-minute mock interview that is recorded, where you interview as though it were a real-life process.
• We write up notes on your interview with a feedback summary that focuses on what you did well and where you can improve. This includes evaluation of your demeanour, body language, and responses.
• We have a debrief session to go through your interview and, with your feedback document and the recording of the interview, we set you some homework on how to polish your interview performance.

Services are tailor-made according to your needs and are carried out remotely on Teams and through email.
