We are pleased to announce two successful leadership appointments for the International Budget Partnership. We would like to congratulate Catherine Casey on her new appointment as Director of Development and Anand Mishra on his new appointment as Director of Communications.
This is what the International Budget Partnership and their new hires say about us:
“I have had an excellent experience with Zoe Oldham and DUCI, on both sides of the recruiting table – I worked with Zoe to recruit senior development staff for me in London, and again when I applied for (and eventually took) a leadership position in a US-based international NGO. What particularly stands out to me about DUCI is that they really understand the importance of organizational “fit” as well as skill set, track record and experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them”, Catherine Casey.
“DUCI was excellent in keeping me informed and in following up with the hiring manager. They were extremely responsive and strategic. It was a long process but DUCI kept me enthusiastic, hopeful and motivated to pursue this opportunity“, Anand Mishra.
“Many thanks to you, Carly (Mortiboys) and Zoe for brilliant support to IBP over the past many, many months. It started with a really good stocktake, proceeded through your advice and search for a director of development position, and then the really hard search for a complementary director of comms. Zoe did a really good and patient job on the hiring front. And in the meantime, we had Carly on board to provide interim support. So, very good and flexible support from Upsall on multiple fronts. We are very happy with both Catherine and Anand. Really, really happy. Much gratitude to you all.“, Warren Krafchik, IBP CEO.
