Based in Madrid, and very excited to be back in her native UK, Zoe is very much looking forward to crumpets, cheese, and sitting down to talk recruitment at the National Convention!

As CEO, Zoe works to offer the non-profit world, both in the UK and on sunnier shores, honest and effective recruitment services, developing innovative and exciting ways to build teams.

As well as leading the Recruitment Team, Zoe also takes the helm of our strategic partnerships, creating relationships with candidates and organisations alike, and building a global network of non-profit professionals, which she would love you to become a part of!
