For the last 30 years, Hope and Homes for Children has been working to stop the institutionalisation of children As the team inspires organisations and governments around the world to close orphanages, we are pleased to announce that Juliana Van Well Dias has joined the mission!

As Supporter Acquisition Manager, Juliana brings her experience to Hope and Homes to work with supporters, build important relationships, and develop campaigns to bring on board new stakeholders to the organisation.

Excited to be getting started, Juliana commented: “I am thrilled to join Hope and Homes for Children as their new Acquisition Manager. I am eager to drive initiatives that will enhance our efforts in providing secure and loving homes for vulnerable children. By leveraging innovative strategies and collaborative approaches, I am committed to making a meaningful impact and get the children back to family.”

Our CEO Zoe Oldham led the search for Juliana, having worked with Hope and Homes for Children previously. We were, once again, thrilled to partner with the organisation and are very keen to see how Juliana gets on in her new role.
