In 2024, Daryl Upsall International embarked on a partnership with the newly established Bellwethers, the organisation dedicated to recruiting, supporting and mobilising leadership networks across economic sectors who can light the way to a green economy.

With true progress at stake, the Bellwethers team needed to grow quickly and we were thrilled to collaborate with the organisation and undertake a number of simultaneous searches. Now that a number of our searches have wrapped up, we are very pleased to announce the new Bellwethers team members.

Firstly, Sarah Goodenough has taken on the role of Head of Network Operations while Camilla Schramek joins as Head of Digital Communications and Reputation Management. Anya Ayvazyahn also takes on the exciting role of Head of Innovation and Laura Ward joins the team as Executive Assistant. Finally, even more recently, John Gomez has joined Bellwethers as Operations Lead.

To tackle the simultaneous recruitments, a team of our consultants including Ruth Gardner, McAra Kirby-Fahey and Shoshana Grammer banded together to share skills and networks and to fully understand and support the multiple searches.

We have been truly delighted to have played a part in the growth of the Bellwethers team, and very much look forward to seeing the future of the team.
