03 Jun Kimberley Gadwah, first Director of Philanthropy and External Relations for HOT
HOT works with community partners in 94 countries to ensure people facing high risk of disaster and multidimensional poverty can represent their communities and needs on the world’s free and open digital map, OpenStreetMap.
Kimberley is a philanthropic innovator that believes the scope and scale of this new role in humanitarian innovation is the opportunity of a lifetime. Kimberley was very pleased to work with Daryl Upsall International and admired the inclusive process led by Zoe Oldham which she felt was a true partnership and not a transactional relationship.
Kimberley described Zoe as kind and compassionate, vibrant and brilliant, and felt grateful for both, her recruitment experience and her new appointment.
Tyler Radford, Executive Director of HOT, highlighted that Zoe and her team made the process straightforward, took on much of the hard work, and overall provided a great return on investment and he firmly believes that they would not have attracted the same caliber of candidates without our support.
Thank you HOT for placing trust in Daryl Upsall International and congratulations to Kimberley!
