With 8 years’ professional experience in the non-profit sector working in fundraising, marketing and communications, Liberty joined Daryl Upsall International in 2022. As an integral part of the recruitment team, Liberty leads searches to bring together candidates and organisations across a wide range of roles with recent appointments for Save the Children International, Climate Emergency Collaboration Group and Wetlands International.

Liberty also supports executive searches and provides operational assistance to the team. Working with the Marketing and Operations team, Liberty also acts as the in-house creative writer and works to create compelling content and communications.
