For 20 years, Lumos has been transforming care systems around the world, advocating for solutions that help children to thrive, and supporting families and children to grow up away from institutions.  

With an exciting and ambitious new strategy and CEO in tow, Lumos is changing and growing and a new Deputy Director of Trusts, Foundations and Institutions has been invited to join the team.  

We are thrilled to announce Lucy Proudlock has taken on the role and joins Lumos in a pivotal position to lead and execute ambitious fundraising strategies. Of her recruitment, Lucy said: “I am thrilled to join Lumos in their mission to fight for every child’s right to grow up in a safe and loving family by preventing family separation, protecting children and promoting the transformation of care systems. I really enjoyed meeting the team during my interview process and look forward to working with them to drive forward the new funding strategy.”
