The world-renowned Save the Children International is growing its digital engagement and, to achieve their ambitious digital goals, a new position was created: Global Digital Supporter Engagement Specialist. Joining the global membership organisation, Michael Parker is taking on the brand-new role to both raise key funds and engage with Save the Children’s important supporters.
Michael’s appointment concludes an ambitious search for a candidate to join the dynamic international team looking to change the way in which Save the Children attracts, inspires, and engages supporters, who are critical to achieve the mission to build a better future for children.
Karem Armstrong, Senior Recruitment Consultant, worked with Save the Children International to find the perfect candidate in Michael, who commented: “Karem made sure I didn’t feel like just another candidate, but a person of value”.
Both Karem and the Daryl Upsall International team are keen to see how Michael gets on in his new position. Michael is looking forward to ‘helping Save the Children offer better engagement experiences to their supporters and offering supporters engagement opportunities that drive impact in the world’.
