Our partnership with Climate Emergency Collaboration Group continues

Since its inception, the Climate Emergency Collaboration Group (CECG) has burst into action, developing their team significantly in order to continue their important work facilitating and convening the global climate movement in pursuit of increased climate action around the world. Since 2021, Daryl Upsall International has been thrilled to have partnered with CECG in order to grow their team, recruiting number of incredible positions, and creating an awesome collaboration.

2023 kicked off with the search for two highly motivated and passionate Administrative Assistants. Sally Diaz and Juanita Linero-Villamizar have taken on the roles, jumping right into the busy calendar of the climate world. Juanita commented: “Daryl Upsall’s dedication to finding the right fit for me to become part of a team has been exceptional.”

Additionally, we were pleased to enlist Chandrima Padmanabhan into the role of Grants and Campaigns Manager to focus on managing and leveraging CECG’s grant making in the areas of climate adaption and loss and damage, working closely with the blossoming team to develop all important campaign strategies.

Another key role we were pleased to join the search on was for the incredibly essential Operations Director, ready to guide systems, processes, and operations across the organisation. Varsha Chhagan has settled into the role, and we are delighted to now be working with Varsha to grow the team even further.

We are so pleased to have worked with the CECG team on these journeys. CECG’s Chief of Staff, Zack Braunstein said: “It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the amazing folks at Daryl Upsall. Their deep experience and support from role visioning to recruitment logistics to scouting and ranking — has allowed us to build a team of absolute rockstars. We look forward to working with them for our next recruitment process.”

We are now searching for two more new positions for the CECG team and cannot wait to see who will join CECG to continue to develop this flexible and fast paced team!
