Regarding DataIn compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any contact data we hold is safely stored in our data files for purpose of personnel selection and alerts about new vacancies that might be advertised in our websites, or for keeping you up-to-date on information on fundraising trends and services that may be of interest to you or your organisation.
Such data has never in the past, nor will in the future, be sold in any way to a third party.
If you don’t want us to keep your contact information in our contact management system or our recruitment database you can, at any time in the future, send an email (please click here) with the subject line “DELETE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR CRM” and ask to be deleted from the database by providing your email and name and surname and e-mail address.

In addition, our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.

In relation to your personal data sent to us for recruitment purposes, we will:

- Collect your data only for reasons that we find proper for the course of your job application and in ways that have been explained to you.

Types of data we process
As well as name and contact details, we hold the CV and/or application form you provide which includes information about education and qualifications, former employers and work history.
All the information we hold is necessary for us to assess your suitability for the job role we are helping to recruit for our clients.
We may share your data with our Daryl Upsall Consulting International colleagues within the organisation where it is necessary for them to undertake their recruitment duties and we may share your data with designated individuals within the client organisation we are helping to recruit for.
When we undertake any type of recruitment for our clients and receive candidate CVs/resumes and letters of application these are securely stored and when they are provided to our client for whom we are helping to recruit for these are sent in zipped password protected encrypted files
Your data protection rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold that relates to you. If you think that information about you which we hold is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to have the information corrected provided you can demonstrate that it is incorrect.
You can also request the erasure of personal data relating to you in certain circumstances, where you believe there is no reason for us to continue processing it. You can also request or restriction of processing, for example if you believe the data that we hold is incorrect. You have the right to take away a copy of your personal data in electronic format in certain circumstances.
