All of our recruitments are incredibly important, but this one is just a little bit extra special for us, as we are incredibly excited to announce that our very own recruitment team is officially growing by one. Daryl Upsall International is welcoming Emma Adams to our recruitment team this spring and, wonderfully, Emma is bringing over 15 years’ experience recruiting for the non-profit sector across the globe.

Emma brings a passion for partnering with non-profit organisations, finding them the best talent, especially working with charities that are working to address global issues. While Emma specialises in fundraising roles, she has an in depth understanding of the non-profit, higher education and social organisation markets. She is also a champion for diversity within the sector and increasing opportunities for underrepresented groups, which is incredibly important to us.
