RPA’s new VP: Theresa Schieber!

As Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors continue the Rockefeller family’s legacy of thoughtful and effective philanthropy, a new role of Vice President, Advisory was invited to join the pursuit of philanthropic giving for a just world.

We are thrilled to announce that Theresa Schieber has taken on the leadership position, to lead projects and implement major grantmaking programs. Bringing her strategic leadership experience, Theresa has joined the exciting and fast-paced environment of RPA, to support clients on their philanthropic journey.

Our CEO, Recruitment, Zoe Oldham and Senior Recruitment Consultant, Ruth Gardner, conducted the international search for Theresa, collaborating closely with RPA to find the best fit. Senior Vice President of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Greg Ratliff commented: “The role of Vice President, Advisory was a critical hire and we wanted to ensure that we considered the very best talent in the field.
