03 Jun Silja von Bornstaedt, new Director of Fundraising for IRC- Germany

We feel honored to have partnered once again with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Germany to recruit their new Director of Fundraising, Silja von Bornstaedt, the newly appointed Director, commented that she is thrilled to be establishing a successful fundraising program and highlighted how the Daryl Upsall team always kept her well informed during the hiring process with very nice and personal updates.

Silja is a fundraising leader with almost fifteen years experience running multi-channel fundraising programs. In her former role at UNO-Flüchtlingshilfe, Silja managed the whole process of planning, development, coordination and execution of all fundraising programs and strategies at and was awarded with the German Fundraising Award 2021 (2nd place) for best campaign.
