With a commitment to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in the poorest communities in the world, CBM Christian Blind Mission is working to create an inclusive society for all.

In the critical area of Low Vision, an Advisor was needed to provide technical expertise and spearhead the integration of Low Vision standards across the organisation. As a key role, and resource at CBM, we are incredibly pleased to announce that Midhet Nasim has joined the organisation as Low Vision Advisor.

Bringing extensive and thorough experience and passion, Midhet joins the organisation excited to get started. Of her recruitment, Midhet said: “This recruitment process has helped me join an organisation that follows my passion of possessing global outreach and providing conducive systems and operations to serve vulnerable individuals affected by low vision. It is truly inspiring to be part of CBM’s mission for inclusive health.”

Karem Armstrong, Senior Recruitment Consultant led the search for Midhet, working with CBM to find the ideal match, with the specific technical skills needed.
