03 Nov The Oak Foundation delights at new team member Alice Gentile!
With their commitment to addressing the issues of global social and environmental concern, the Oak Foundation is continuing their work to make the world a safer, fairer, and more sustainable place to live. The newest edition to the team, and the mission, is Alice Gentile who is joining as Adviser – Safeguarding and Organisational Development.
Alice will ensure the Oak Foundation´s child safeguarding policy is implemented effectively and to focus on capacity building and organisational development. In her new role Alice is looking forward to ‘supporting the Oak Foundation and maintaining and strengthening the safeguarding systems and also creating impact in the sector by supporting grantees’.
Director of Recruitment, Zoe Oldham, led the search for Alice, embracing the nuances of the position to find the best candidate. The Oak Foundation’s HR Manager, Katherine Bornet said: “Zoe was so on top of things, even when the position itself was complex. I really liked the attitude of Daryl Upsall International – nothing was impossible”.
