Charlotte Baumann

Charlotte is a fundraising and organisational development professional and has worked exclusively in the not-for-profit sector since 1994, as a fundraising and development director at Greenpeace, and in international and senior leadership roles for Amnesty International developing and implementing global strategies and mechanisms for generating growth in national entities in existing and new markets in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Charlotte is an experienced manager of multi-disciplinary teams and in providing support and facilitation to NPO boards and directors.

Since 2007 Charlotte has been working as an independent consultant on projects including organizational reviews and change processes; organizational crisis intervention and recovery; project and interim management and in countries as diverse as Ukraine, India and the Philippines.

At Daryl Upsall & Associates, Charlotte supports organizations and UN agencies in the development of fundraising strategies and expansion into new markets by assessing market potential, developing market entry strategies and risk assessments, and identifying investment requirements. Charlotte also works with clients to assess internal readiness for growth and reviewing their existing fundraising programmes and product portfolios and provides advice on refining their strategies to secure long term sustainability and growth.
