Zoe Oldham appointed as CEO, Recruitment Division at Daryl Upsall International

It with great pleasure that we announce that our colleague Zoe Oldham has been appointed, as from 1st January 2024, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Recruitment Division of the agency Daryl Upsall International. Zoe replaces the founder CEO, Daryl Upsall, who remains as President of the international agency.

Zoe has been working with Daryl Upsall International for over 10 years, and has in recent years played a key role in developing and growing the quality and scale of the extensive recruitment services that are offered to the non-profit sector worldwide.

Zoe Oldham has extensive experience of senior level recruitment, business development and strategic fundraising consultancy. She works to match the right talent to organisational culture and promote equitable processes with a commitment to diversity and inclusion and modern ways of working including job shares and has successfully completed more than 150 recruitments for over 55 organisations at Board, C-Suite, Director, and Manager level.

Zoe is bilingual (English/Spanish), and with a first-class honours degree in Psychology, a Master’s in occupational psychology and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Zoe also heads our bespoke third sector Career Development Service, designed to help individuals with interview training, cognitive behavioural coaching, career transition and personal branding support.
