Let us introduce you to Zoe Oldham

Zoe Oldham

Director, Recruitment

Zoe is a bilingual, senior international consultant with more than seventeen years’ experience and is responsible for senior level recruitment, business development and strategic fundraising consultancy. Zoe leads recruitment for executive level positions for non-profits, large and small, all over the globe.  She works to match the right talent to organisational culture and promote equitable processes with a commitment to diversity and inclusion and modern ways of working including job shares. To date, Zoe has successfully completed more than 150 recruitments for over 55 organisations at C-Suite, Director, and Manager level.

With a first-class honours degree in Psychology, a Master’s in occupational psychology and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Zoe also heads our bespoke third sector Career Development Service, designed to help individuals with interview training, cognitive behavioural coaching, career transition and personal branding support.
