Zoe Oldham works across both consultancy and recruitment with Daryl Upsall International drawing on her vast global network and experience to support non-profit clients. Zoe´s consultancy focus is on helping organisations to expand and develop by assessing market potential, developing market entry strategies and risk assessments and identifying investment requirements. This involves in-depth interviews with not for profits all over the world and can encompass the development of new income streams in existing markets and/or overall review of fundraising programs.
Recently, she has worked on ‘deep dive’ market assessments and investment planning projects for clients including the International Rescue Committee (Singapore), Amnesty International (Indonesia), ActionAid (Switzerland), AMREF (Spain and France), MSF Slovakia, UNFPA and Sightsavers International (Sweden and Norway). She has worked on multi-market analysis market assessments for Compassion International (20 markets), the World Food Programme, a three-market assessment for World Animal Protection and trusts and foundations research for UNWRA and the International Budget Partnership.
A Spanish-English bilingual occupational psychology consultant, and qualified life coach Zoe has worked in both the private and third sector for the last 12 years and joined Daryl Upsall International in 2014.
