Zoe Oldham

Zoe is a senior international leader with over two decades of professional experience. After a decade at Daryl Upsall International completing over 200 recruitments, Zoe took on the position of CEO- Recruitment. Leading the Recruitment Team, Zoe works strategically and innovatively developing and growing the quality and scale of the extensive recruitment services we offer to the non-profit sector worldwide as well as leading executive level recruitments for C-Suite, Director, and Manager level positions.

With a first-class honour’s degree in Psychology, a master’s in occupational psychology and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Zoe uses her extensive experience to connect with partners and create dynamic relationships across the globe. She has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and brings her in-depth cultural understanding to NGOs to help them bring about sustainable growth.

Zoe is bilingual in English and Spanish and has worked internationally at the most senior level, creating a global network in the philanthropic world.
