14 Mar Introducing Ruth Gardner, our new US based recruitment consultant

We are pleased to announce that we have a new colleague in our recruitment team and wanted to share this exciting news with you all. Ruth will be supporting Daryl Upsall International with US based roles for our US and international clients from her home base of Kansas City.

Ruth joins us from Children’s Mercy, Kansas City and brings 17 years of non-profit experience, 11 years in fundraising and 9 years from the healthcare sector. With extensive experience, Ruth understands the full spectrum of fundraising and the impact it has on organisations.

Ruth´s first assignment was to support Compassion in World Farming in the search for a Major Gifts and Development Director (USA). This is what Nicole Gillham, Global Director of Fundraising, had to say about the search process: “Ruth was always very supportive, responsive and professional.”
