The visionary organisation, Lumos, is continuing their work to transform care systems so that every child can grow up in a safe and loving family and we are thrilled to announce that Enrique Restoy is joining the mission.

With over 20 years’ experience, Enrique is joining Lumos to take on the role of Programme Director, a key role heading up the largest team in the organisation. As well as overseeing and managing all projects and programmes, Enrique will sit on the ELT and contribute to the overall delivery of Lumos’s strategy supporting the organisation’s exciting development.

Our CEO of Recruitment, Zoe Oldham has been collaborating with the Lumos team for the past few years and, naturally, took on the search to find their new Programme Director. Enrique commented: “From the first moment, Zoe and her team at Daryl Upsall International were there to make sure the recruitment process went smoothly… I have never come across a team with such expertise on both the recruitment process and recruiting organisation.”
