An exciting moment for Compassion in World Farming!

For over 50 years, Compassion in World Farming has been taking a stand against intensive farming. Recently, as awareness of the impact of factory farming has risen, we have been pleased to partner with CIWF to develop their team and embrace this unique moment of growth!

As the organisation spreads internationally, roles were needed across the globe, in Europe, the UK and the USA to take on a number of exciting tasks including raising funding for Compassion’s charitable work. We are therefore very happy to announce a new Senior Philanthropy Manager Europe, and a Senior Philanthropy Manager UK, Individuals, have been invited to join the organisation!

Additionally, a Global Prospect Research Manager has also joined the team, taking on challenge of developing and implementing a new research function in the Global Philanthropic team.

Our recruitment team banded together to work with CIWF, with Ruth Gardner, Karem Armstrong and Emma Adams collaborating to find candidates from across the globe. The new Senior Philanthropy Manager Europe commented: “The Daryl Upsall team provided close follow-up throughout the process and made me feel incredibly valued as a candidate. I am looking forward to contributing to CIWF’s work through building strong partnerships with key philanthropic partners.”

As these roles draw to a close with their successful appointments, we are thrilled to be collaborating with the CIWF on another position for their growing philanthropy team: US Philanthropy Manager – Individuals. We very much look forward to finding another addition to the team, ensuring CIWF can continue to grow and address their mission to bring about the end of factory farming for good.
