With the health of our vital oceans under immense pressure, Global Fishing Watch is advancing ocean governance every single day. To ensure the team has the essential resources to deliver on their mission, a Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships and a Senior HR Manager were needed.

Joining the team at a very exciting time, we are happy to announce that Pascale Hunt has taken on the vital leadership position of Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships. Karissa Nathan also joins the team as Senior HR Manager, supporting all the Global Fishing Watch teams through their complete work life cycle.

Emma Adams, Senior Recruitment Consultant, collaborated with Global Fishing Watch on the search for Pascale and Karissa, bringing her warmth to the recruitment process.
