With the terrible, rapidly evolving loss of coral reefs, the Coral Research and Development Accelerator Program (CORDAP) has burst into action, fostering new, holistic and innovative solutions to conserve, restore and secure a future for coral reefs and the communities that rely on them.

Unique in their mission, a Head of Development was needed to take the helm to lead the full development function for the team and we are very excited to share that Hetal Ganatra has taken on the key position.

Our own Senior Recruitment Consultant, Emma Adams, collaborated with CORDAP to find Hetal, who brings a wealth of experience to become the in-house expert of all things fundraising. Hetal, speaking of her recruitment, commented: “It’s been an invaluable experience working with the Daryl Upsall team. They’re a talented team, and I’ve enjoyed working with them.”

Settling into post already, Hetal continued: “I am delighted to join CORDAP and support resource mobilisation to secure a future for coral reefs and doing everything possible to achieve global impact.”
